Each week our activity might vary from a relevant and compelling worship service one week to an on campus service opportunity the next week. Each of us is a work in progress. Regardless of where we’ve already been or where we think we’re going, we are continually in the midst of our travels through life. Sometimes it’s scary. We don’t always know which road to take, and sometimes we make a few wrong turns along the way. But Jon Bon Jovi said it best, “No man is an island.” We don’t take this journey alone. In this series, we hope to progress from an inward awareness of where we are individuals to better understanding of where we are as a corporate body where we hope to go in the future. 		Every Tuesday, 7-8:30pm Freshman Family Groups (FFGs) FFGs are a set of small groups geared specifically for new students that combine a topical discussion based Bible study with creative elements and fun group activities. But we promise that whatever the event might be, you won't want to miss it! September 17-19 Escape | Fall Retreat Mermac Retreat Center in Richwoods, MO Darren Mabrey will be our speaker. Escape is our annual Fall retreat. For one weekend a year, the BSU escapes the hectic campus life in order to get away! We'll be heading down to Meramac Retreat Center this year, and we'll be spending the weekend learning what it means to live by faith. It's an amazing time of fellowship, fun, learning, and getting to know lots of people! So, you don't want to miss it! More events will be posted soon.
